Howloween in Long Beach

Kudos to Justin Rudd and the Haute Dog’s folks for putting on another fabulous Halloween dog parade!  They donate a large part of their profits to local Long Beach dog rescues and this was the 12th year of their annual Howl ‘o’ Ween event.
